Holly Rider-Milkovich

Author

Holly Rider-Milkovich is the Vice President of Impact at Vector Solutions and a subject matter expert on preventing sexual and gender-based harassment and violence. Prior to joining the ed tech world, Holly spent nearly a decade at the University of Michigan, where she oversaw that institution's prevention and advocacy efforts related to Title IX. Holly also brings national policy experience to her role at Vector Solutions as one of the rulemakers for the 2014 Clery Act regulations and an advisor to the Obama Administration White House Taskforce on preventing campus sexual assault. She brings over 25 years of experience in preventing and responding to sexual- and gender-based violence in educational institutions, workplaces, and communities to her role at Vector Solutions.

Elizabeth Owens Bille

Author

Elizabeth Bille is a subject matter expert on preventing harassment and discrimination, promoting ethical conduct, and creating positive workplace cultures for EVERFI, an education technology company. She previously served as the general counsel and chief ethics officer of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), legal advisor to the Vice Chair of the EEOC, and an employment attorney at a global law firm. Elizabeth has provided training for investigators, HR professionals, and attorneys on complex workplace issues, and her work has been cited by several news outlets including National Public Radio, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times.

Karen Peterson is a legal editor at Vector Solutions. Prior to joining the editorial staff, she spent several years in private legal practice.
