Recovering from an Eating Disorder (Grades 9-12)

Because eating disorders cause people to isolate over time in order to hide eating disorder behavior, their support system can become strained or small. And this can cause challenges in their recovery. Plus, when someone with an eating disorder seeks help, they have to work toward having a healthy relationship with food and their body. After struggling with an eating disorder, that can feel both impossible and terrifying. This module examines tools and resources to help people recover from an eating disorder.
