How a Modern TMS Can Enable You to Manage, Measure, and Maximize Firefighter Training
Thursday, March 12 at 11 a.m. PT
Training data should do more than meet reporting requirements—it should actively support firefighter readiness and performance. Today’s training management systems (TMS) are evolving into powerful tools that help fire departments plan, track, and validate training outcomes across every stage of a firefighter’s career.
Attend this webinar on March 12 as Vector’s Matt Shronts and Robbi King discuss how a modern TMS expands beyond a traditional RMS by supporting the entire training lifecycle, from policy to performance, while transforming data into meaningful action.
This session will explore how fire agencies can better manage training, track professional development, and ensure personnel are prepared to meet operational demands and community expectations.
What we’ll cover:
- How a modern TMS extends beyond RMS to manage courses, custom content, and skills assessments
- Using SMART training objectives to drive 100% training completion and 100% competency
- Converting policies and standards into actionable professional development plans
- Tracking firefighter growth over time to support readiness at every career stage
