Nicole Barrion is a dedicated Special Education Instructional Specialist with Alexandria City Public Schools in Virginia. With a passion for inclusive education, she has been instrumental in developing and implementing specialized instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning needs. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and has over 2 decades of experience in the field. She is also the founder of Teach All, Reach All LLC, which provides consulting services and professional development on best practices in co-teaching, planning and delivering specially designed instruction (SDI), and developing well-written IEPs. She has presented at numerous national conferences and consulted with several school districts around the country. Her expertise includes teacher training, inclusive practices and student advocacy. Nicole is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. She is passionate about working alongside educators and administrators as an instructional coach, ensuring effective implementation of best practices in special education to foster positive outcomes for students with disabilities. Nicole’s dedication to her work and her innovative approach to special education make her a respected leader in the educational community. Outside of work, she enjoys running, riding horses, and spending time with her boys.
