Worksite Safety 11: OSHA Hazards in Communication

More than 30 million workers may be exposed to a chemical hazard or to multiple chemical hazards. If you haven’t yet been poisoned, remember: There’s still time! Also covered in this course is ear-drum-damaging occupational noise, and what OSHA requires employers and employees to do to monitor the levels and minimize exposure. We’ll also look at precautions for dealing with one especially dangerous toxic substance that is widely found in the construction industry: Silica.
