She has over 20 years of experience specializing in mid-size organizations to Fortune 50 companies providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in startup, growth and stable organizations. Her broad experience includes employment law, corporate risk management, employee relations, performance management, training and leadership development. She has experience in various industries including professional services, technology, insurance and financial services.
