Webinar Description

Tuesday, February 17 at 2:00 PM (ET) |11:00 AM (PT)

Employee retention in higher education is increasingly shaped by shifting workplace expectations, evolving roles, and pressures unique to today’s campus environment. Traditional approaches to retention are often insufficient in addressing the realities that faculty and staff are currently facing.

This webinar will explore research-based frameworks for supporting faculty and staff retention, with a particular focus on the experiences of non-tenure-track and VITAL faculty, who are often overlooked in institutional strategies. Participants will engage with current research findings, reflect on their own campus contexts, and have opportunities to ask questions.
