Thursday, February 27, at 2:00 PM (ET) and 11:00 AM (PT)

Success in the school environment relies on many participants working together – parents, teachers, administrators, support staff, and, of course, the students themselves.

From time to time, disagreements and strong feelings can threaten the success of these working relationships. Conflicts between students can disrupt learning and lead to disengagement, depression, and even violence. Conflicts among staff can impair team spirit, reduce educational effectiveness, and increase staff turnover, while conflicts between teachers and parents can lead to costly legal processes and time-consuming investigations. Yet, there is much that can be done to reduce the frequency of conflicts and minimize its downsides.

This webinar will provide K-12 leaders with practical steps for preventing conflict and promoting collaboration.
