Webinar Overview

Wednesday, August 20 | 2:00 pm ET

For many AE firms, the pressure to maximize billable hours leaves little space for learning and development. But in today’s fast-evolving landscape, thriving firms treat learning not as a luxury but as a strategic advantage.

This webinar is designed for firm leaders, project managers, and team leaders who want to strengthen project outcomes, boost retention, and foster a culture of continuous growth, without sacrificing productivity or profitability.

You’ll explore:

  • Why continuous learning is essential for firms operating under the billable-hour model, and how it drives long-term performance
  • Practical ways to weave learning into existing workflows, such as project check-ins, debriefs, and peer-sharing sessions, without disrupting momentum
  • Incentive and recognition strategies that reward development while supporting financial goals
  • The pivotal role of project managers in shaping team learning behaviors and embedding a culture of growth into live projects
  • Clear, actionable steps to kickstart or deepen your firm’s learning culture in a way that enhances both engagement and delivery excellence

Whether you’re trying to future-proof your firm, improve retention, or simply do better work, this session will show you how to make learning a high-impact, low-disruption part of your day-to-day operations.
