How a TMS Can Enhance Training, Compliance, and Readiness
Fire leaders face many challenges in managing their fire departments, such as keeping up with evolving standards and ensuring that firefighters are adequately trained and prepared for any situation.
A fire department’s Records Management System (RMS) is a vital tool for handling pre-planning, incident response, NIFRS data, and personnel records. However, departments also need a robust Training Management System (TMS) to support all aspects of training, certification management, and compliance tracking.
Watch this webinar video where we discuss how a TMS, like TargetSolutions, is purposely built to optimize training programs for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, strengthen preparedness, and ensure all members meet regulatory requirements.
In this presentation, we cover:
- What is a TMS and how it’s different from an RMS
- How to deliver and track 100% of training to measure skill proficiency
- How comprehensive training documentation can support professional development
- Data and analytics reporting capabilities of a TMS
