Megan C. Farrell

Megan is an advisor and consultant specializing in Title IX compliance for educational institutions. She provides practical advice to colleges, universities, and K12 schools, drawing on her legal, business, and education expertise. Megan’s experience includes serving as Title IX Coordinator at Palo Alto School District and Notre Dame of Maryland University, as well as roles as in-house counsel, faculty member, and graduate program director. She has also provided risk and litigation management counseling, developed internal policies and procedures, and designed training programs for educational institutions nationwide. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University, a Juris Doctor from Widener University, and a master’s degree from the University of Maryland. Megan holds a Certificate in Mentor Coaching from the Coach Training Alliance, an International Coach Federation (IFC) program.
