Teaches supervisors how to recognize and prevent workplace violence. Explores possible risks in their workplace, create a workplace that does not tolerate violence, and encourages employees to help keep their workplace safe. Trains supervisors about their responsibilities when hiring and terminating, how to respond to incidents, and how to respond after a workplace violence situation.
