Responsible Employees: Your Role in Reporting

As we think about student well-being, we also have to consider the climate of the campus as a whole. Federal and state laws seek to protect students’ best interests on campus, but they’re only effective if everyone on campus upholds them. In this module, we’ll look at the basics of the federal laws that govern your responsibilities as a reporter, particularly responsible employees’ duties to report sex-based harassment and sex discrimination.
