I've been with RedVector since its first year in business, and I am often asked what it is about our company that makes it so special. I can sum it up in just a thought. When I find a job I love and a company where I know I can help make a difference, I am not going anywhere. RedVector is that place for me. It embodies the things I value most in a job. It's a challenge every day. It's rewarding every day. I learn something new every day. And I definitely laugh every day. As part of the RedVector executive team, I am responsible for, and have been successful in, growing a highly profitable online education business year over year for the past 13 years. As President of the Business to Professional (B2P) business unit, I provide strategic leadership by collaborating with the CEO and core management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. I plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the fiscal and functional performance of the B2P unit. I focus on bringing together the right mix of course and technology development, marketing, sales, product management and accreditation to maintain and grow RedVector's position as a B2P continuing education leader. From 2009 to 2012, I served as Vice President of Marketing for the VectorLearning family of brands RedVector, Care2Learn, CiNet and SmartTeam supporting sales pipeline development, brand awareness and demand generation for both B2B and B2C efforts. In that role, I managed a multi-disciplined team consisting of direct and online marketers, copywriters, editors, graphic/web designers and communication specialists. Together, we focused on increasing market penetration through direct sales efforts, customer focus, improved measurement and the use of marketing technology. Prior to my time in Marketing, I served as Vice President of Content for nine years, where my efforts focused on eLearning design, development and strategy with a spotlight on asynchronous training for the licensing and certification markets. In that role, I managed a multi-disciplined team responsible for creating, maintaining and managing more than 1,100 online courses, webinars and certificate programs. I am currently a member of the American Marketing Association, the American Society for Training and Development and the eLearning Guild. On a personal note, I graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University and am still an avid Seminole fan. Like many people, though, I am not originally from Florida. I spent my first 18 years in a small town in Orange County, New York. I moved to the Sunshine State for college, met my future husband and never moved back North. I like reading, jogging, shoe-shopping and a good glass of red wine. But my favorite thing in the world is spending time with my husband Chris, my son Cade and my daughter Kallie. There is nothing as great as being a Mom.
