Vector Solutions (formerly TargetSolutions) provides public safety and city/municipality professionals with online training that fits their unique needs to meet compliance, licensing, and certification requirements.

Please see accreditations updates below regarding the CO Water Portal reporting process, new AK EMS certified credentials, and new EMS and Law Enforcement course approvals for FL, AK, IN, OK, PA, and TX.

CO Water Portal (CCWP Portal) Reporting Process

The Water and Wastewater Facility Operators Certification Board (WWFOCB) requires customers to submit CO water course completions directly to their website using the CO Water Portal (CCWP Portal) for both water and wastewater licenses.

Vector Solutions is then required to view the CCWP Portal and confirm the completions input by the licensees. Vector Solutions reviews this daily.

New EMS Certified Credentials: AK

New AK EMS (EMT I, II, III and AEMT) certified credentials for the updated topic/CE requirements that are effective as of 1/1/2021. State accepts CAPCE.

  1. AK State - EMT - I (eff. 1/1/21)
  2. AK State - EMT - II (eff. 1/1/21)
  3. AK State - EMT - III (eff. 1/1/21)
  4. AK State - AEMT (eff. 1/1/21)

New Course Approvals!

EMS: FL
Law Enforcement: AK, IN, OK, PA, TX

EMS

Florida Department of Health (DOH), 2 courses for 3 hours were approved.

  1. EMS Patient Lifting, Moving, and Transportation (1 hour)
    Credential: EMS- EMT – Basic – General Requirement, EMS – Paramedic – General Requirement
  2. Functional Communications for EMS Providers (2 hours)
    Credential: EMS- EMT – Basic – General Requirement, EMS – Paramedic – General Requirement

Law Enforcement

Alaska Police Standards Council (APSC), 6 courses for 6 hours were approved.

Hours required determined by agency. No certified credential has been set up.

  1. Constitutional Law (1 hour)
  2. Domestic Violence (1 hour)
  3. Officer Survival - Physiological Response to Stress (1 hour)
  4. Policies and Procedures in Law Enforcement (1 hour)
  5. The Art of Effective Communication (1 hour)
  6. Understanding Fatigue for Law Enforcement (1 hour)

Indiana Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA), 7 courses for 7 hours were approved.

Credential: LE – Police Officer – Other Annual In-Service Training

  1. Constitutional Law (1 hour)
  2. Command - Core Competencies of Leadership (1 hour)
  3. Domestic Violence (1 hour)
  4. Officer Survival - Physiological Response to Stress (1 hour)
  5. Policies and Procedures in Law Enforcement (1 hour)
  6. The Art of Effective Communication (1 hour)
  7. Understanding Fatigue for Law Enforcement (1 hour)

Oklahoma Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (OK CLEET), 3 courses for 3 hours were approved.

  1. Officer Survival - Physiological Response to Stress (1 hour)
    Credential: LE - Peace Officer - Mental Health
  2. The Art of Effective Communication (1 hour)
    Credential: LE - Peace Officer - General Requirements
  3. Understanding Fatigue for Law Enforcement (1 hour)
    Credential: LE - Peace Officer - Mental Health

Reminder: Vector Solutions reports to OK CLEET on a monthly basis in order to do so consistently and timely, please make sure customers insert their license number in the certified credential CLEET Master Number.

Pennsylvania Municipal Police Officers Education and Training Commission (MPOETC), 5 courses for 5 hours were approved.

Credential: LE – PA - Police Officer – General Requirements

  1. Command - Core Competencies of Leadership (1 hour)
  2. Policies and Procedures in Law Enforcement (1 hour)

Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE), 1 course for 1 hour was approved.

    Credential: LE - Basic Peace Officer - General Requirements, LE - Intermediate Peace Officer - General Requirements
