Hawai‘i Emergency Management Agency Raises the Bar on Emergency Response Readiness with Acadis

TAMPA, FL, Aug. 8, 2025 – Vector Solutions, is honored to welcome the Hawai‘i Emergency Management Agency (HIEMA) to the growing network of public safety entities leveraging Acadis to modernize operations, enhance preparedness, and improve compliance. With a central database that eliminates data silos and manual tracking, HIEMA will now be able to manage over 450 responders and 15 instructors more efficiently, ensuring timely certifications, reducing risk of non-compliance, and enabling streamlined FEMA reporting and federal funding alignment.

In the past, registering for training was limited by platform constraints, with test results recorded manually in Word or Excel. Certifications were emailed or uploaded individually. With Acadis, HIEMA expects substantial time savings across registration, instructor coordination, survey analysis, testing, and compliance tracking. Acadis also offers potential expansion into inventory tracking, HR case management, budget forecasting, and community engagement efforts such as speaker bureaus and event planning.
