Release date: 7/10/2014Online training industry leader VectorLearning announces changes to its leadership team and organizational structure.
VectorLearning, the leader in online continuing education and workforce training solutions for the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industries, as well as industrial and public safety fields, announced changes to its leadership team and organizational structure today.
Victoria Zambito has been named Vice President of Product Management and Marketing. Zambito’s history running content, accreditations, marketing and sales at VectorLearning over the years gives her a deep understanding of the company’s products, industries and go-to-market strategies. She will now lead the product management and marketing efforts for both AEC and Industrial sectors of the business.
Eric Timmons will assume a new organizational role, Vice President of Operations. Timmons will manage VectorLearning’s multi-location Client Support teams, as well as the Business Intelligence (BI) and Florida Department of Transportation’s Construction Training Qualification Program (CTQP) efforts. In this new role, Timmons will help implement critical processes, improve efficiency and drive increased profitable operations across the organization.
Vice President of Content Matt Casey will now lead the content development efforts for CiNet- RedVector (Industrial), in addition to his role leading the content development and accreditations efforts for AEC. Consolidating the two content teams under one manager will allow for better sharing of best practices, managing growing libraries and improving course quality.
“I believe these changes will strengthen our company’s ability to remain nimble and build great products,” said VectorLearning CEO Tom Wallace.
