Notably, as the former Work-Based Learning lead at Chicago Public Schools, Alex led initiatives that impacted over 20,000 students from more than 100 schools each year.
Alex is the founder of NextGen Careers LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to partnering with companies and school districts to cultivate the next generation of highly skilled professionals. Additionally, he serves as the Director of Advisory & Capacity Building at One Million Degrees, where he continues to influence educational practices and expand opportunities for students in communities across the country.
