Alfredo Cely, P.E., PMP, M.ASCE
Alfredo Cely, P.E., PMP, M.ASCE, is a seasoned civil engineer specializing in transportation, land development, water resources, and aviation projects. He founded Alfka, focusing on enhancing transportation safety for state and local agencies. Alfredo is an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida, teaching the Civil Engineering Senior Capstone Class. He actively participates in several Transportation Research Board committees. Licensed in Florida, North Carolina, and Vermont, Alfredo has led numerous projects, constructing and restoring over 2,000 lane-miles of roadways throughout the U.S. He was honored with the Engineer of the Year Award by the Florida West Coast Chapter of ASCE in 2018.
