Jeff Dalto is an instructional designer and workplace learning and performance improvement specialist with 20+ years of professional experience. Additionally, Jeff helped to write the ANSI/ASSP Z490.2 standard for online EHS training, is currently on the committee revising the Z490.1 standard for all EHS training, was nominated for the 2020 ASSP Safety Professional of the Year award, and is completing a Masters degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning. He’s worked closely with more than 50 companies in the manufacturing and industrial industries as they’ve implemented online training, including elearning courses and learning management systems.
