Maximize Training Funds & Meet Michigan’s
In-Service Training Requirements Easier
Successful law enforcement in-service officer training programs evolve to meet rapidly changing needs and leverage technology to deliver high-quality training, manage administrative and logistical processes, and provide transparent documentation to authorities and their communities.
In June 2024, in accordance with Public Act 1 of 2023, MCOLES announced that all Michigan law enforcement agencies would receive $500 per officer for training. These funds, designated for Continued Professional Education (CPE) in 2024, are already being distributed.
Michigan law enforcement agencies can utilize Vector Solutions’ online courses and LMS training management system to enhance officer professional development and streamline their training programs. With access to Vector’s high quality MCOLES-recognized online courses, agencies can supplement their training initiatives and elevate officer development. Vector also ensures that online course completions within Vector LMS are automatically reported to MCOLES annually.
