New Public Sector Training Courses Coming Soon
Industry:
Solution:
The challenges facing public safety and local government continue to evolve. Officers face technology-enabled crimes that didn’t exist a decade ago. Firefighters and EMS clinicians respond to an aging population and increasingly complex medical calls.
Telecommunicators guide people through high-stress situations and local government supervisors navigate employment law requirements that leave little room for error.
To help agencies meet these demands, Vector Solutions is expanding its online course library with new public sector content releasing later this year, with select titles following in early 2027.
The new courses span HR and supervisors, law enforcement, fire, EMS, and dispatch. Each is developed with subject matter experts who bring field experience in these disciplines and is grounded in current research, nationally recognized standards, and established best practices. Several law enforcement courses are developed in partnership with Calibre Press, a long-standing leader in officer training, and titles such as Responding to Individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia and Bloodborne Pathogens Safety for First Responders are built for multiple disciplines so agencies can train across departments with consistent content.
