We have made changes to our App Terms of Use and App Privacy Policy
In our Terms of Use, we have clarified which contractual terms apply to the use of the App when you are an employee of a LiveSafe customer. And we have expanded the permissible use of the App by children under the age of 13 when complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA).
In the App Privacy Policy, we modified our definition of location accuracy to reflect the limitations inherent in GPS technology. We also have updated our privacy policy to include rights afforded to California consumers under the California Consumer Privacy Act or “CCPA” that goes into effect on January 1st, 2020.
