Resources

Modern stadiums, arenas, and convention centers face a variety of safety and security risks, primarily related to large event management, crowd safety, and security delegation. Readily-available resources and rapid, effective risk insights and communication are key.

This page presents a collection of Vector LiveSafe features, blogs, use cases, guides, and more related to sports and entertainment companies.

Mobile App Key Features

Tip Reporting: Patrons and security team members can easily submit questions or concerns using LiveSafe Tip Submit (ex: reports of facility hazards, patron distress or injury, or general questions) so that management is aware of pertinent safety issues and emerging risks. This mobile reporting is typically more effective than traditional tip lines and provides a paper trail that can be useful when creating documentation and submitting insurance claims.

Two-Way Messaging: After submitting a tip, patrons and security team members can engage in real-time conversation with leadership to receive support and determine next steps.

Broadcast Notifications (+ Check-In): Targeted mass notifications can inform patrons and security teams about emergency warnings and guidance, event updates, and more. This can include guidance during severe weather, evacuation protocols, and more. These messages can also include a “Check-In” that allows users to indicate whether they are safe or require assistance.

Resources: Customize the Resources section with relevant local or organizational policies and guidance (ex: the stadium floorplan and exits, health and safety protocols, and the location of safety tools such as First Aid kids) for easy, immediate access.

Emergency Support: In the event of a critical incident, users can use one-touch emergency options to reach local law enforcement, your organization’s security team, and other resources.
