GEI Consultants uses Vector Solutions to deliver both internally developed safety training and accredited compliance courses through a flexible, easy to use platform. While the company creates much of its own safety content, Vector’s compliance training library plays a key role in supporting both U.S. and Canadian employees.

Vector worked closely with GEI to ensure Canadian licenses were supported with properly accredited courses. This partnership helps GEI track PDUs and continuing education requirements across its workforce, reducing administrative burden while ensuring employees stay compliant.

The platform’s straightforward course search and assignment capabilities make it easy for employees to find what they need, whether training is assigned or self selected for a specific project. Courses clearly communicate how they apply to licensing requirements, helping employees complete required training efficiently.

Because GEI must maintain an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 1.0 or lower to remain competitive and win work, safety performance is a business priority.
