Vector Solutions held its 8th annual Client Summit from April 9 – 12, and it’s safe to say this was the best one yet. For several days in beautiful Clearwater Beach, Vector brought together clients from across our three business units – Commercial, Education, and Public Sector – to network, share experiences, learn about our new products and innovations, and provide valuable insight, expertise, and feedback.

When clients weren’t in their breakout sessions to learn about topics such as Building Courses for the Future, Increasing School Safety with an Anonymous Tip Reporting System, or Optimizing Performance through a Workforce Management System, they tested new innovations in the Vector Solutions Experience Lab, heard from industry peers during the Client Panel, and enjoyed inspiring stories of leadership from keynote speakers, Retired Navy SEAL Captain Tom Chaby and documentary filmmaker Brett Culp.

What were some of the key takeaways from this year’s summit?

Common Goal: Save, Inspire and Elevate

  • Despite their industry or operational differences, clients in all three business units have a common goal: save lives, inspire professionals, and elevate performance.

Team Effectiveness and Leadership

  • Team effectiveness and leadership are crucial to an organization. Without either, there is no team or individual accountability or empowerment.

Networking, Networking, Networking

  • Networking is key. Hearing others’ perspectives and experiences sparks creativity and new ideas for how an organization can implement or utilize a new product or tool.
