With the new superhero movie Avengers: Infinity War coming out soon, we thought we’d take a little break from the seriousness of our usual discussions about training, safety, manufacturing, and similar topics and put together workforce training suggestions for some of the superheroes who will appear in the upcoming Avengers movie.

Here’s our list of safety training suggestions for some of the superheroes in the upcoming movie. We’re going to focus just on Avengers, thinking that’s who most of you might be familiar with. No slight intended to the Guardians of the Galaxy (a noble role!).

For Goldilocks, I thought about Hand and Power Tool Safety because of his mighty hammer Mjolnir (good for smiting enemies!), but it seems like the Norse God of Thunder has to have some Electrical Safety Training, no?

Cap’s got some new team members and may even be a little disenchanted with this superhero thing, so how about a little Change Management training?

How about some Welding Safety Training for Iron Man? Hey, I could haven given his alter-ego Tony Stark some Substance Abuse Awareness or even Sexual Harassment training, right?

Witches are people too, right? How about a little diversity training for increased acceptance of this powerful woman? It’s the #metoo generation, right?
Our good friend Hawk, known for his keen eye, needs some PPE training and especially eye protection to keep shootin’ straight!
What’s more appropriate for the Winter Soldier than some Cold Stress training? Brr!
Is it fair to call the good doctor “strange” simply because he wears a cape, is a self-styled “sorcerer supreme,” and is a master of the occult? Methinks some Discrimination in the Workplace training is called for.
Is the beam that shoots out of the Mind Stone in Vision’s forehead a laser? If not, I’d say it’s close enough! Let’s sign this android up for some laser safety training STAT!
How about some Metal on Metal Safety Training for the ruler of Wakanda, the world’s sole source of the precious metal vibranium?
We think some First Aid for Fire Ant Bites and Stings training might come in handy when this little guy and his hard-working, seemingly intelligent, yet “bitey” friends are around.
Not even we have proper safety training for this Norse trickster god. You’re on your own with Loki!
